We are going to do 2 challenges this month... 1) 10000 steps each day and record it like in April. 2) TRY something NEW.
I want us all to step out of our comfort zones. I know its scary at times to try something new but if we never try HOW do we know we can't do it OR Don't like it. So try a new food Try a new exercise Try a new class Just try something new EACH week. YES we want to hear about it.
