Let's get motivated and back on track!!!!!! Are you on board for April's challenge?
#1 - Eat healthy and within your personal BMR range 6/7 days per week.
#2 - Exercise 30 minutes per day 5/7 days per week.
#3 - Drink plenty of fluids - minimum of 64 ounces of water
Post your progress at the end of the week (Saturdays).
