I was planning on starting this yesterday, but it was the Super Bowl and today is my birthday so I got a little busy. This thread is going to contain our weekly challenges. Since it's already Monday evening this is going to run from Tuesday, Feb.8 to Monday, Feb.14.
Your challenge this week is going to be all about exercise. It is so important to move our bodies and get a sweat on! I love the feeling I get after I've worked out hard. I sleep better, I eat healthier, and it puts me in a better mood. Even so, it's hard sometimes to get my big butt up and move, so it's nice to have a challenge and be accountable.
Your challenge this week is to get at least 90 minutes of exercise in. That's only 30 minutes 3 times through out the week. If you can do more that's
