refusing to hook up my dryer forces me to keep on taking my laundry out to the clothes line! What a workout, lugging heavy wet clothes up the stairs, and around the house to the back yard and then back again when they're dry! Clothes are so much fresher dried outside, saving a fortune on electricity and feeling good about it all! For today: done! :D

tracked my breakfast and went for a walk and bike ride. I didn't time the walk and bike ride, so will go again later and check how long it takes. New home, new goal marks. :)

Started cleaning out the fridge - have a bowl full of oven-roasted veggies ready to snack on plus a giant pot of veggie soup ready for my meals and some diced veggies now in the freezer for the next round to be ready even more quickly! :D That's like one thing, right?! ;)

I washed TWO sink loads of dishes! It must be the weekend! Also cooking up what ever's in the fridge and freezer so that creates extra dishes. I am winning!!! :D Woohoo!

The weekend is over, back to work, which is a physically demanding job, so 420 minutes of workout! :-D My muscles haven't adjusted yet, so it is still a workout! owwwww! LOL

I'm making Spark recipe "Maple Roasted Rutabagas". Veggies for breakfast have never tasted so good! I also had a couple of Clementine oranges while I wait for my veggies. Not bad for someone aiming to eat enough fruits and veggies in a day. :D
