I need to do this. My migraines are back, more than they have been in a long time. Food allergies. :p 10 days of very strict diet kept me headache-free for about three years. I know what I need to do, I just need to do it. Right now the trick is having the foods I need with a very low grocery budget until our van repairs are paid for.
I have some brown rice and I am cooking up my last can of tomatoes with brown rice, right now. I have some almonds and I know I have one can of yellow beans. That's about all that I have that I can eat. It won't last long. Posting here will help me stay accountable.
So, today, brown rice and tomatoes. I started my day with a hot chocolate at Tims and then made some potato salad and ate it. (one potato's worth). The only thing I was allowed to eat from that was the (1) egg in my salad. I then took a Tylenol, which I hate having to do, thus the need to do better.
And hooray, my tomatoes and rice are ready before I even get a chance to hit "post"!
