I cook several dishes over the weekend and they serve for dinner during the week. I also leave most of my cleaning for the weekend but I start Friday night so that I can sort of relax on Sunday.

my kids would love to eat cereal for breakfast lunch or dinner . I wouldnt mind it so much but milk is expensive they would easily go through a gallon a day if i let them.
I would love some tips on how to keep a house clean I have a lot of mess makers but no good cleaners. Im use to the winny of having to clean but now they have gotten lazy and dont put effort in it. such as my daughter 11 was told to do dishes and she got them done faster then the normal hour it takes her and sure enough most of them was not clean . I made her re-do them so she didnt get out of anything .
Make lunches and dinner for the week on Sundays, get everything ready the night before, and that cleaner eating beats many hours at the gym. And there is nothing wrong with you eating cereal for dinner (as long as it's the healthy kind lol)
It's easy to say you're too tired, too stressed, too busy, too this or too that. Too bad. The only way you'll strip away the fat is to start by stripping away the excuses.
prepare food in the evening and refridgerate it....work out during lunch breaks ...gives u more stamina to work at home...wash laundry in the middle of the week so u dont have much load on ur coveted weekend..ask ur kids n hubby to help around...sure they can do something..
