I'm in on this challenge, thanks for posting this one.

DH & I will be doing the photography for the local Wine & Chocolate Festival this weekend which will mean lots of walking, so for sure will get in plenty of steps.

this challenge begins friday february 1st 2013 and ends sunday evening, ive been MIA so ive come up with a super healthy kick challenge for us this weekend to push us in the right direction.

goals:
1- work out for at least 10 minutes on each day emoticon
2- incorporate fruits or veggies into all your meals this weekend emoticon
3- drink your water emoticon
4- take some time for your self during this weekend do anything that makes you happy emoticon
5- watch the latenight eating and mindless snacking ( especially during movies) emoticon emoticon

at the end of each day you can just reply with emoticon

you will receive a spark goodie from me everytime you meet the goals emoticon
