this challenge begins friday february 1st 2013 and ends sunday evening, ive been MIA so ive come up with a super healthy kick challenge for us this weekend to push us in the right direction.
goals: 1- work out for at least 10 minutes on each day 2- incorporate fruits or veggies into all your meals this weekend 3- drink your water 4- take some time for your self during this weekend do anything that makes you happy 5- watch the latenight eating and mindless snacking ( especially during movies)
at the end of each day you can just reply with
you will receive a spark goodie from me everytime you meet the goals
