For 2 days in a row I have done one of the SP chair exercises, yesterday was cardio, today core. Even though it's not even low impact, I can still feel it.

I walked the whole length of the mall and into 4 stores on Saturday. Then I went to Walmart and did a little more walking. Foot felt it too. Today not too good either. Monday I was at work until 1, then I ran the vacuum at home after lunch.

I went hiking with a friend and her daughter yesterday. We hiked for about 1 and 1/2 hours. It felt great!

special 6- you are doing so good! the only excercise I got in today was about 1 hr walking in the supermarket while doing my weekly grocery shopping. keep up the good work and in case we dont chat before then have a merry Christmas!

the goal this weekend is to burn as much calories as possible through activity.
whether its cleaning your home, doing some last minute christmas shopping..etc.etc, make sure to log in those fitness minutes and post with us here to let us know how you are doing.
