I think it's hot everywhere!! We've been over 100 consistently this week and there's not break in site! Keep drinking that water!!

The hot weather of summer soaks up amount of water from our body. So it is important to continue hydrated. Only water is not to keep body hydrated there's lots of other summer fruits which are nice supplier of liquid and prevents dehydration in hot weather.

Watermelon: Watermelon is an excellent source for keeping the body hydrated in summer season. Watermelon consists of about 92 percent of water which is to support the proper functioning of all the inner organs and tissue of the body. Watermelon is rich in vitamin A and C which are lovely fro bones, skin and as well as for heart.

Apple: An apple a day keep doctor away, the saying goes always correct for nice health. Apples are beneficial in lowering the cholesterol and weight loss. It prevents from lots of heart diseases and cancer threat.

Cucumber fruit: Cucumber fruit is rich in water content. Along with water its additional nutrients that keep body hydrated in summers.

Pineapple: It consists of anti-inflammatory powers which prevent inflammation. Pineapple has detoxifying properties and helps loosening weight.
