Sat:No taekwondo today so gotta do some DANCING!

Yes! I will take that challenge. Just got back from an extra 30-minute walk/jog with the dog.

I'll do something different every Wednesday for the cardio challenge.

Wednesday is halfway through the week and some of us start losing our "ooomph" about then, so I thought everyone might enjoy a short, week long challenge--starting every Wednesday.

Since today is Wednesday, I have a challenge for us for the week:
Everyday this week, get at least half an hour of cardio exercise. It can be anything you want to do (biking, dancing, running, walking, treadmill, etc) but it should be enough to get your heart pumping and make you sweat at least a little!

Any takers for a Wednesday challenge?

If you won't take time for your health, who will?
