Wednesday is halfway through the week and some of us start losing our "ooomph" about then, so I thought everyone might enjoy a short, week long challenge--starting every Wednesday.
Since today is Wednesday, I have a challenge for us for the week:
Everyday this week, get at least half an hour of cardio exercise. It can be anything you want to do (biking, dancing, running, walking, treadmill, etc) but it should be enough to get your heart pumping and make you sweat at least a little!
