I totally need this! I do a lot of shoulder presses and push the stroller moves but haven't been very creative with more. We dance a lot too but I needed some more moves! emoticon

Here are some exercise you can do with a baby!

Pike stretch
Cobra Stretch
Straddle Stretch
Lunges
Bench Squats
Leg extensions
Shoulder Press- do not throw your baby in the air... only do a shoulder press
Glute Lift
Leg Lift
Sit Ups
Abdominal Plank

So Now take some time during the day and pick four exercises and do them with you baby!!
Your body will feel great and your mind will be stress free.

At the end take a deep breath and smile emoticon
