Yes, losing inches is much more important because it means you are losing fat while gaining muscle. I believe that once people get within roughly 20 lbs. of goal weight they need to ignore the scales altogether because the weight fluctuations that come with hydration level going up and down can be several pounds. If you are exercising you need enough water and salt to not be dehydrated and showing less weight on the scales often means you are missing one or the other. Birgit

i have been exercising every day, well i walk everyday, i bought the 28 day body boot camp with coach nichole.....and i was getting frustrated cause i thought i wasnt loosing weight......i was hanging out with my friend yesterday, and she told me that she saw that i lost weight. i didnt think i did, i mean the scale didnt say i did, but i guess you loose inches first then weight if your doing it right......now i am feeling better, especially when i go to grab my double chin and i can barely grab it.....i am feeling awesome
