I too "didn't do bathing suits anymore" but was desperate for some exercise with my heart condition slowing me down so much. I found at our Y that although there are some real bathing beauties, 90% of the people there have far from perfect forms. Some actually come in in shorts and a T-shirt. Don't let that hold you back!
