Is this a common question in your life? Many of us jam-pack so much stuff into our daily routines, seemingly there’s no time to relax for just one minute, let alone exercise. Lack of time is one of the most common excuses for not having a decent fitness regimen. But do you realize that in the time it might take you to go through your e-mail, you could fit in a good workout? We’re not talking about giving up 60 minutes either; all you need is 10.

I f you're looking for a way to fit fitness into your busy life, try the 10-10-10 plan.

Forget trying to get to the gym for an hour (plus travel time).
Instead, find 10 minutes, three times a day, to exercise at home , at work or outside. emoticon That adds up to 30 minutes a day, which is enough to garner you some helpful health benefits. Once you have your 10-10-10 plan working smoothly, try to add 5 or 10 minutes to one or more of those workout sessions. Before you know it, you'll be working out for an hour a day without disrupting your schedule
