Asparagus,blueberries & strawberries. 1/4 of Banana tomatoes (2) and some green leafs : )
Actually too many raw veggies aren't good. It's better to roast or grill them. Who knew?? : )

I did eat them today. As part of my May challenge goals are to eat two servings of fruit and veggies a day. I had bananas, broccoli, carrots, and peppers. Guess I need to get in another fruit! emoticon

I found it in the van We travel between two houses and things do not always get unloaded. Especially with my leg being infected. It is muck better now.

Breakfast was a Raspberry Cereal bar and 2 cups of Coffee with half and half and sugar.
Lunch was Fillet of Catfish, Steak Fries, Hush Puppies and a roasting ear.
Dinner was a Sandwich: Multigrain flat roll, sandwich spread, slice of onion, 1/2 a roma tomato sliced, Black forest ham and Honey smoked turkey breast and american cheese; one slice of each and ( mini rice cakes, ranch flavored, 9 of them).
Snacks; 1/2 banana, 3 large strawberries and a Greek blueberry yogurt.
