Walked to Walmart yesterday, bought an orange and ate it before I walked home. Made ratatouille without cheese or noodles for supper last night, planning to eat the left overs today.

I had broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for lunch Thursday but no fruit.

I'm like Barbie - no problem with fruit, but veggies are another matter. Yesterday had bananas & strawberries, but no veggies at all. I will take salad to work for lunch today.

I do not have a problem with my fruits its the veggies that I lack in the day..want to get it up to 4 servings...

I eat fruit and veggies at every meal. At least once a day, I take raw fruit and veggies, pop them in my Blendtec and make a smoothie.

It must be spring, asparagus is down to $1.49 pound. I ate three quarters of a pound of it today and may do so again tomorrow. I love asparagus. Had my salad, orange, and kiwi, too. Didn't eat my apple because I was bad and ate some ice cream instead-Dreyers Double Churned so it's not quite bad bad.

I'm making sweet and sour chicken for supper, and I add a lot of stir fry veggies to it. Plus I'll have my usual salad. Already ate my kiwi fruit, and my orange and apple are laid out ready for me.

I had my usual vegetable soup for lunch. I make up a big pot then keep it in the frig, ready for when I'm hungry. That insures I get some vegetables each day. I also have a salad ready for dinner and my orange, apple, and kiwi fruit laid out for snacks. But I did mess up. I went for a mammogram at noon and ate one of the packages of cookies they keep in the waiting room because I was hungry. I know Penrad Imaging always has cookies and cheese crackers in the waiting room. I should have thought ahead and eaten lunch before I went or taken the orange with me. That's one snack = fruit opportunity missed.

I had a banana in my cereal this morning. And yesterday, I made some fruit dip to go with my fruit for Lunch this afternoon. Then this evening, instead of potatoes or pasta, I may have tons of vegetables with our Pork Tenderloin for dinner.

Mari-Serv, I was reading vegetables that are low in carbs and I would love to try cabbage in my salad. I normally use Spinach but may add some cabbage in it.
