Yes great article. I have tried dieting before and it didn't work for me because my only goal was to lose weight. That's not a bad thing in it's self but it doesn't have the aspect of looking at the long term results. You don't look at changing your eating habits or exercise habits long term. You reach your weight you want to be at, on a diet, and then you stop dieting and regain. If you look at it as a lifestyle you are looking at it long term as a healthy change, as a way you will live the rest of your life and you will have greater and long lasting success.
