I, too, cannot do much but I am trying to add a little bit every week.

Today (so far) I have walked the grocery store and I parked far away as well.

I also plan to ride my exercise bike for 10 minutes this afternoon.

What an inspiration ya'll are with your workouts. I walked a couple of small walks and did a few minutes on the Total Gym. You have inspired me to go to the track with my grandbabies to walk a mile or so!

I didn't want to workout this morning, but I know that it is going to rain later and I work a 2nd job on Mondays, so I forced myself to get up. I managed to do a 35 minute strength training workout with dumb bells. I did every body part with 3 sets of 15. I felt really pumped after that and all morning I had lots of energy. Now I am beginning to settle down now. The good thing is that tonight I am now free to relax with the kids and I made myself a priority earlier on. :) I know if I hadn't I would have had all kinds of excuses, legit ones too, lol.

I walked 20 minutes for a total of 1.1 miles even with my orthopedic moon boot on., 25 minutes on the stationary bike, 20 minutes spark peoples resistent band video, and 25 minutes of physcial therapy resistent band exercises

Lots and lots of walking. I always walk at least 3/day. I also did a workout on my new Total Gym. It kicked my butt (literally hopefully).

The gym awaits me....20 minutes cardio, 30 minutes strength. Then 15 minutes with the TNT RN to discuss my progress this week.... am stuck at 199-198 lbs. Then I'll walk the dogs so they don't mildew on me, however we are receiving rain and expect it throughout the day. I feel much better since I started 2 months ago, more flexible, better balance, lost 2-3 inches from waist; Levis' fit much better as do all my clothes. Logging in to Sparks keeps me honest and aware that I am on a quest to get back to 185. Half way there!!!!!!
