Swimming is such great exercise. It would be great if everyone had access to an indoor pool. Our community pool is great during the summer months. We have lap lanes. Unfortunately once summer is over so is the swimming
Last night I decided to do some laps at the pool since I didn't quite feel up to strength training (last did that Tuesday). I feel fantastic! I did 250yds of breaststroke, 150yds backstroke, a bunch of water walking and treading. I definitely think that swimming is going to be part of my routine for cardio endurance. I've done a fair bit of aquafit in the past, but not "swimming".
