I'd say you probably aren't happy because you're trying to follow this strict "diet" ....you've got to slowly work these changes into your lifestyle or it'll never stick...just my two cents!
I came back to site because I have started a journey to attempt to lose weight. I re-read some posts and feel, well I don't know how I feel. I soo need to lose weight. I know all the things I need to do to lose weight. Make the right food choices. The right portion size, the best time of day to eat. To exercise. Yet I feel like something is missing. I just don't feel happy. What is the point in making these changes IF I dont feel happy.. I have been told to "stick with it. The happy feelings will come when you start seeing results". For one week I have eaten more fruits and veggies, I am exercising and truly feeling the pain. I feel hungry because of the restrictive portion sizing. The trick of drinking 12 oz. water 20 minutes before a meal. 32 oz. during the meal and 12oz one hour after the meal only make pee all nite. I feel mean and grumpy all the time ans seeing that I dont want to impose this on my friends and family I am often alone. HELP.. What do I do to get over, stop this feeling..
