Open-faced toasted smoked turkey sandwich with chipotle cheddar, and a mandarin orange. Blood orange French soda. I'm starting a new job tomorrow so I will have to learn to pack a healthy lunch that works for me (and since the job is in retail I'd probably better lay off the garlic at lunch too)!

Good choices - I'm lucky that I work at home so I generally don't have to worry. One of my favorite lunch choices is Fage Total 0 Greek yogurt with fresh or frozen berries stirred into it - yum!

I take my lunch every day. I work at a school and I will not eat school lunches.
1/2 cup rice
4oz turkey or chicken or pork or ground beef
1 cup broccoli slaw
2 oranges cut up or 2 grapefruit cut up ready to eat.

I brought 3 ounces of turkey breast meat, 1 cup of mashed cauliflower (recipe from Pinterest) and a cup of brussel sprouts. (241 calories) I have an apple for my snack.

I pack a granola bar and fruit for breakfast. Yogurt sometimes instead, but it depends. For lunch I take some meat or other protein, veggies, fruit (bananas are easiest for me) all ready to eat in small snatches. I will take something sweet as well like a peppermint patty for a treat.

I work 14 hours many days so I plan a good lunch that will hold me until I get home. Some days I just have cereal when I get home, so I need to make sure I have some healthy choices earlier in the day.

emoticon That sounds like a great way to stay on track. I like that you bring the 3 bottles of water with you.

I work from home, so I need to make sure I have the fridge full of the right foods. Today's lunch is a tomato lettuce and cheese sandwich.
