emoticon wish i could do the floor exercises safely but cannot-Dr Oz advised on his program to never do them if you have a large umbilical hernia - willl stick to the diet though -

I won't be able to do the exercises. If I get on the floor I won't be able to get back up. I have arthritis in my knees.

I set my ticker to my highest weight of 210 lbs because it gets upset and doesn't want to save when I gain weight instead of lose.

I think it is mostly introducing a new exercise to our daily routines...In this case a new ab workout that looks time effective and good for you

Has anyone ever heard of T-Tapp?? It's 15 minutes a day and it really shapes the body!! i've tried it off and on for a few years and it really works! Please don't ask me why i stop doing it; i wish i knew why!

Can we give these exercises a team test and see if they work. emoticon

Post your start date here emoticon and at the end of 7 days we will all rate this workout between 1 emoticon and 5 emoticon

Please everyone: no matter what day of the week you actually start make sure you start with the 1st exercise on the list (Monday) to be sure we are all in sync.

One exercise for a few minutes a day is a small investment if it works.
