@showersinger1, I agree with you to some extent. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with trying to be super woman and then I down spiral. I love the teams that I am apart of and believe I will continue to do the exercises and log them in as well. I have tried to find other sites to do just the exercises and have come up with nothing. I have decided that I am just going to do the challenges that require exercises not feel compelled to try to eat what is on the list or put on the list to calculate the amounts. I would suggest you continue to do your exercises on here and forget about the foods. And see if that helps you. I am going to try to do something different because I feel I have not done everything and compelled I have to do it all. Nothing gets done. Can't feel like that because I am trying to do too much.

is there any way that we could do this program of sparkspeople for just exercising, or do we have to keep a menu as well? i am really just looking for something just to keep track of activity, rather than foods that i eat. because i don't always eat all day long. i know that is not good for me, but i rather just find something without being on the computer all the time, not getting anything else done. does anyone understand what i am trying to say?

Those exercises were fun to do and I could actually feel a bit of difference. I knew I had some muscles under there (besides my stomach eating)! The hardest one was the Superman or whatever it was called. I had to do it over, I read the instructions wrong and didn't hold for 15 seconds the first time around - whew!
We are just keeping on with them right? They were fun and good for me, I normally don't care for any belly/stomach exercises! emoticon

I enjoyed the exercises but I don't think one abs exercise only would do the trick for me, as a daily routine. As part of a core strength program, definitely worth incorporating. By itself, I don't think so.

day seven done this was fun i am surprised there was no plank exercise in the mix planks are the best exercise it involves the whole core . i guess you would have to do these for many weeks to see results so i woould give this a two it was easy i had time everyday to do them . put i would add them with other exercises . thanks for the this this this was a fun easy challenge . hugs

Day 7 done emoticon Challenge completed! That was fun and most of the exercises were easy to add.I did notice a little bit of my belly start to pull in (on one side lol) but it still needs some work. Maybe if this was done for about a month or so it would finish sculpting the belly.
