Anything with sugar causes inflammation. This includes dried fruit of all kinds and also whole wheat which is one of the most toxic foods on the planet. Any "low-fat" foods are not natural and healthy fats have been replaced with starches or sugar. Shame on spark for recycling totally outdated articles.
