I'm sorry, this is not at all what I consider healthy snacks. Most people with heart problems also have insulin resistance, pre-diabetes or diabetes.
Anything with sugar causes inflammation. This includes dried fruit of all kinds and also whole wheat which is one of the most toxic foods on the planet. Any "low-fat" foods are not natural and healthy fats have been replaced with starches or sugar. Shame on spark for recycling totally outdated articles.
