I did 1 hour of exercise 4 days this week. I plan to do more next week. I just wish I had as much control over my eating.

I've no problem doing 60 minutes Monday through Friday but Saturday and Sunday I take care of a handicapped child and she cmes first. I am also apparently taking care of her 55 yoa mother who can't seem to turn on her computer w/o my help. How do I work me time for exercise into this?

I have started to exercise 2 days per week for 1 hour each day and now it is easier to go up and down stairs. I still have a little pain in my knees but much better since exercising. I plan to add a 3rd day to my exercise routine at doctors office next week.
