Had Zumba, Cardio/Strength Training, and Zumba Aqua today. Each one about 50 minutes plus a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down.

I am in, too. I need to do regular stretching and develop a solid strengthening program now that my summer "lifting" work is done. Thirty minutes is good! Thanks.
