Had Zumba, Cardio/Strength Training, and Zumba Aqua today. Each one about 50 minutes plus a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute cool down.

Ummm I'll add 15 on to my current weekly but can't do more. Right now I'm preping for the 5K plus doing cross training and weight lifting to strengthen the legs. Wahoo!!!! ; ) Bring it on!
