I was trying to find someplace I could make a comment. Right above my exercise tracker on the start page it say, "just do 10 minutes. So I decided to go out and try to actually walk, really walk, not in the water. I made it 5:37 minutes, which it pitiful! Even so, I do feel really good about it, I have to start somewhere! My legs hurt and my back, but it's a good hurt. I just walked a few minutes ago. I have gradually become more and more sedentary since I hurt my knees, oh, maybe 5 years ago? My job is sedentary too.

Usually when I exercise, I go to the Kroc Center and walk in the water, the River Walk! I love it, it is so freeing! When I get in the water it takes the burden of my weight off and it feels so good. The last 3/4 months I have only been going once a month.

I was going to wait to start anything on Spark until I started my diabetics class and thought, I can still do some stuff, so hear I am trying to walk!

I did 300 minutes of heavy housework today to start cleaning for an inside-outside inspection. The building was sold and the new owner want to know exactly what need's to be done to bring it up to his expectation's. We were given 7 day's notice instead of the usual 3 week's. So I'll be lucky to get 30 minute's of rest this week. emoticon

All things are possible through Jesus Christ JUST BELIEVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I already do 45 to 60 minutes on the gazelle every day using hand weights as I go. also walk to the mailbox which is 1111 steps. plus any other moving like just lift my legs up and down when sitting. lol
