I already do 45 to 60 minutes on the gazelle every day using hand weights as I go. also walk to the mailbox which is 1111 steps. plus any other moving like just lift my legs up and down when sitting. lol

Walked 60 minutes yesterday plus scrubbed away in the kitchen for quite a while. I have an early appointment this morning and it will be too hot by the time I get home to go out walking. May walk with Leslie this afternoon.
