then try this challenge:
Make a check list of at least 12 small things that you enjoy doing or make you feel good.
It can be as simple as watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or taking a bubble bath.
Every day for the next 12 days do one thing on that list then check it off.
You can even keep a journal of your daily thoughts related to this challenge.
And at the end of 12 days you just may want to make this a lifetime habit.
Positive energy attracts positive energy. It makes us feel good about ourselves and our lives.
