In most instances, whipped foods contain less calories than their 'solid or regular' counterparts.

No need to sacrifice flavor! Example: good old butter contains 102 calories per Tablespoon in its solid form. Whipped butter contains 67 calories per tablespoon.

Whipped (creamy) Peter Pan Peanut Butter is 150 calories. Creamy Peter Pan Peanut Butter is 210 per serving.

1. Split a 20 oz. bottle of regular soda with a friend. Save 120 calories!

One of the best things for putting fishonthe grill is buying one of those grate closing things you can flip and the fish doesnt stick. I brush mine with a little low fat sour cream with garlic and dill and a squeeze of lemon juice. Stir it up and bast the fish with it.

Last night i suateed some salmon in olive oil, lemon juice and garlic and sprinkled it with pepper. It tasted great, and i dislike fish ... LOL ... but doc says fish is the healthiest meat there is for us.

Food fraud: Energy bars

A large Dunkin Donuts Mocha Coffe has 230 calories

But no need to give it up, just go smaller...... a small Mocha Coffee has only 110 calories.
