I have been using the YMCA old peoples swim class all winter and it really helps relieve pain, as well as help get you in better shape

I found a website that give places for swimming across the US. Of course it's not a complete list but it may help someone find a pool close to them.

I agree with AMATTLIN .. I have the same problem just slightly different , I can be in the water just can't do laps its a local swimming whole in a creek

I love swimming. I had to stop when I hurt my shoulder this winter. Doctor has not given me the OK for the pool yet. Soon I hope. Soon.
