I added an extra fruit/vegetable today by bringing carrots for my afternoon snack. I have been really good about having a serving with breakfast and lunch and usually dinner but I am trying to add in other times.
* I need to get my mom's recipe for her homemade healthier french dressing. It is much better than store bought and better for you!

Great Ideas. I have more or less already done the week one challenge when I set my mind to joing spark people. My question is any suggestions on how to get more vegtables and fruits in your day. That seems to be my biggest issue.
