I made salmon patties this week and they were delicious. I get the pink salmon w/o skin and bones and add egg, hot sauce, and assorted seasonings, then spay a pan w/ Pam and make into patties put a little of Panko on to help keep them together and semi-fry in the pan. Super Good!!! I got this recipe out of a magazine and changed it a little bit. I am trying to add more fish, but my husband does not like Talapia.
