Depends - maybe you didn't do anything wrong at all. I've been working out hard and dieting at 1300 calories a day - I lost weight every week for 8 weeks and then out of the blue gained 4 lbs -- no cheating, no slacking. I was sad (and mad) too - I let it set me back for 2 days - don't be like me! Good luck with your goals!
