I do push-ups and bicep curls and tricep and lateral raises REGULARLY. I'm tryin' to get rid of those chicken wings under my arms! LOL!!!

UPPER
BODY

Look straight ahead and lift both arms from side of body up toward ceiling and then back down toward floor. Repeat one time. Reach up with one arm at a time as though you're picking apples from a tall tree. Repeat 8 times, alternating right and left. Stretch your fingers as you reach up. This will help lengthen your spine, increase circulation and range of motion, and exercise the fingers, all at one time.

We spend so much time exercising our lower body that we so often neglect to exercise and
strengthen our upper bodies which are just as important.

How many times, like me, have you had to hand that jar over to someone else to open it for you? Then with one twist they have it opened after you struggled for 5 minutes??

What about those little arm flaps.......summer is coming and we will be exposing those upper arms again.

This will be an ongoing challenge starting Monday 3/12/2012. Make your commitment here
and check IN as often as you can for new exercises and to let us know how you are doing.
