Well I took the challenge last night. I do my normal weigh ins on wed. Yesterday was a week that I have been on SP. I lost 5lbs the first week as of yesterday. I went to the doctor today and had lost 2 more lbs. I know it happens that way to start way. Losing that much is nice but I will be happy if I even lose ! a week. Good Luck everyone.

I'm in for the challenge. Drink 8-10 glasses water per day, go for a walk around my complex and eat healthy.I have lost over 5 lbs but keep going up and down.Have gotten 5 lbs off as of today and it is going to keep going down, down, down. I weighed in at 250 lbs this morning. Start date Thursday March 8, 2012 until Wednesday March 14, 2012.
