Well I took the challenge last night. I do my normal weigh ins on wed. Yesterday was a week that I have been on SP. I lost 5lbs the first week as of yesterday. I went to the doctor today and had lost 2 more lbs. I know it happens that way to start way. Losing that much is nice but I will be happy if I even lose ! a week. Good Luck everyone.

I'm in. I need all the help I can get. I zumba on Mondays, I do curves circuit Tue, Thu, Sat. and I walk my dog Wed and Fri. and I only lost a 1/2 lb last week. emoticon

But I did lose several lbs the previous weeks.

I have a lot to lose. I want to lose 2 per week but I'll take 1

Great do you think I can do it? I started line dancing on Monday, but must use a cane, tomorrow I am having more surgery on right toes on right foot, still gona try though! CONGATULATIONS!!!

I'm in and have already met this challenge. Just by going to the gym which I started on Sunday and changing my eating habits, I lost 4lbs this week so far.

I went to the doctor today and my new weight has me barely out of the obese range, But at least I am now just overweight. I look forward to the challenge!emoticon

Already done! I went to the doctor yesterday, and I am officially not obese anymore. WooHoo! I'm still working hard though. My goal is to be out of the 190's by the end of next week.

I would like to try - I will use Thursday 3-8-12 as my start date

I will track all my food for 7 days
I will exercise for a total of 1.5 hrs over the next week

I'm in! Starting yesterday and will find out next Wednesday. I'm hoping it'll be more like 3 lbs, but 1 would be good too.:)

I'm in for the challenge. Drink 8-10 glasses water per day, go for a walk around my complex and eat healthy.I have lost over 5 lbs but keep going up and down.Have gotten 5 lbs off as of today and it is going to keep going down, down, down. I weighed in at 250 lbs this morning. Start date Thursday March 8, 2012 until Wednesday March 14, 2012. emoticonemoticon

My challenge starts Thursday March 8th and ends on March 14th:

Exercise emoticon : walk each day for at least 30 minutes

emoticon: eat 4 servings of fruite/veggies each day

emoticon drink 4 to 8 glasses of water each day
