Well I gained 3/4 of a pound this week !! STOMP !! everytime I have what I call a HUGE loss then the next week my body reclaims some of it !! I know this happens but it still stinks !!

I am at a loss for words to describe how thrilled I am that I found this diet nearly a year ago! Another loss of 2.2 pounds puts me SO close to my goal! Thank you to all of you for providing a forum that has been very encouraging and has helped to keep me motivated these last 47 weeks!
