You probably got hold of a dinner high in sodium or else MSG This is just my thought so no one take it that I know it all. I would suggest you eat with your family sensibly and count Those calories and track it all Then you will see it drop hopefully I have been there and I feel for you Do not give up

I have been good for 90% of the week. I lost 7lbs last week and with daily WI was on track to lose 2lbs this week. I weighed this morning and have lost only 1lb. That means in 2days I put on 2lbs from my weight on Wednesday....if that makes sense. Anyway, I am really annoyed and fed up. On top of that I can not afford any frozen entrees this week as we are broke til next Friday and the family need to eat! Can anyone offer any advice please?
