Tuesday Progress (6/5) Weight -- down .5 pound (this is really good because I broke a major plateau) I think that I did it with boosting up strength training (increased from 3 lb weights to 5 lb weights) and also eating LOTS of vegetables and LOTS of fluids. Waist measurement -- no change Muscles -- Feeling stronger, still stiff in muscles (in different places now)
Mental status -- calmer emotionally. Trying to handle and figure out situations stressful to me and deal with them.

Trying to develop a plan that is "my" plan that works for me and includes small - moderate amounts of foods that I had previously tried to exclude).
Waist: Lost 1/2 inch in waist since last week. (Lost 1 1/2 inches in waist total since starting SD about 2 months ago, so this is better than it seems)
Muscle status: Tired & sore & stiff (tried lots of new activities this week-end; rest, stretching and extra sleep seem to be helping).
