Last week, I had a .2 gain. I had a couple of issues that I was dealing with, as many of you know. I weighed myself again Sunday and had lost 3.4 lbs. The rest of this week has been great! Today's weigh-in was no exception! My total loss for the week is 4.8 lbs! WOO HOO!
I'm .2 lbs. from losing 25 lbs. Next week will be another good weigh-in!
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!
