I began TSD a month ago......the first week I was down 7 lbs and I was doing the Happy Dance. The life got in the way and I went off plan...not totally but enough to make a difference. I got back on plan.....but still haven't stepped on the scale (scales intimidate me!) Good news is.....I'm in a size smaller pants...time to do the Happy Dance again!!
