Congrats ladies...officially I am up 3 pounds this week but I am going to re-weigh in a couple of days once my back is no longer a mass of muscle pain. I am pretty sure that is why my weight showed an increase. Regardless I see this as a speed bump that will pass.

Today I'm down 2.5 for the week which brings my 4 week total to 8.5. This past week I had been sick with the flu so my eating wasn't quite on plan (I'd had a few days of chicken noodle soup) but I made sure to get back to my entrees and shakes... even if I wasn't able to eat all of them. I'm going away on a cruise this weekend so I won't be weighing in next Monday. The goal is to keep the eating under control while I'm gone and then carry on when I get back.
