This plan just SIMPLY works! And it really is simple to go back to if you stray.
I can simplify my life and lighten my burdens by deciding realistically what I want to do and what I have time to do. (~_^)
Was a bit worried about my weigh-in this morning. I worked so many hours this past week that I have nothing but zeros down for calories burned exercising this week. I don't count the walking I do at work, which this week has been a LOT! Kinda wish I had been able to keep track of how many steps I've made this week.
I was so exhausted by Monday (day 9 of 13 straight) that I let my parents take me out to dinner... to a buffet. I ate. I admit it. I did eat my veggies, though I know for a fact there was stuff in them I wasn't supposed to have. Gotta tell ya...I paid for that one for two days! Still wondering if that tiny slice of blueberry pie can count as a fruit. lol
Anyway... got up this morning and did what I had to do. Got on that darn scale. Looked at it, laughed, then repeated this two more times just to see if it was really true.
I actually lost 3.4 pounds this week! HOLY COW!!!!!!!! How does this happen when you're only "on plan" for 2 out of 7 days and you've not done any of the exercise you're supposed to do???
Well...I'm a VERY happy camper! Yup, a good day, indeed!
Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.
I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!
