I was away this weekend celebrating my birthday and after 3 days off I gained 1 pound for the week. It would have been easy to just skip popping in here but I wanted to make sure I stayed accountable and just carry on. I'm still down 6 pounds for 3 weeks which is two pounds a week... that still makes me very happy. I know I have some eating situations this week which might be tough (some belated birthday get-togethers) but I know I can make smart choices if I choose to stay focused.
