Wow, congratulations everybody! Sounds like it was a great week all around. After no weight loss last week, I am down 3 pounds this week for a total of 21 pounds.

Hi Guys. This is my first post here at SparkPeople so forgive me if I get it wrong. I've done one week on The Simple Diet so this is my first official weigh-in and I'm down 3.5lbs for the week. This actually thrills me because although I followed the plan to the letter for the first 4 days, we were then away for the weekend and I did bring shakes and bars with me to cover breakfasts and snacks, but did regular meals for lunches and dinners. I checked my weight before we left on Friday morning and I'd been down 4.5lbs for the first 4 days on plan, so I know it was working great! I'm pleased that I didn't gain it all back while we were gone. Looking forward to having a full week on the plan this week!

That is great Huntress. I can imagine how good that feels to you. I only have my starting weightloss from the simply diet on here which shows 13 pounds but all together with this and my low carb I did last fall I am down forever by 31 pounds.

Well Monday hit and I got on the scales to see I was down another 2 pounds. Was a little nervous as I did go out to eat with my hubby but I tried and ate within limits so that I would not go up on the scales insted of down. Must have worked lol. Proud of the 2 and will keep on working the plan. Good luck to evryone this week.
