My weight loss pattern continues, a big week followed by a little week...lol This week I'm up .2 pounds. I'm not to worried though my rings are tight so for whatever reason I'm retaining fluids onward to next weeks scheduled big loss.

I am so amazed, I have been doing some walking but not all of the exercise I have scheduled and some days my calories were higher and still have lost 6.2 pounds in 2 weeks. I am looking forward to getting my exercise in because I think that will make a bigger difference. I have set a 37 pound reduction to start with and will then set a new goal after that and it does not seem so formidable.

Well I had another good week I'm down 3.2 pounds for a grand total of 19.2. When I hit 20 pounds my husband is treating me to a spa day...I jumped the gun and booked it for the 21st of April I'm pretty confident I can lose .8 pounds in almost 2 weeks...lol A massage, a facial and a pampering pedicure three hours of bliss. Plus a weekend in Kelowna.
