I'm finding (or at least I like to think) that changing up my calorie counts each day helps. So if I've had a few days in the lower caloric range, I try to have a couple of higher caloric days. I've also found it helps to change my exercise up a bit and not do the same thing every day. This journey is a constant growing and learning experience. That's why I love this forum so I can learn from others.

My Monday weigh in was only .2 but happy with that. I just might have to look thinks over and adjust some items. Not giving up though as I do believe this plan will work and I love the simplicity of it.
