I'm so thrilled to report a total loss of 45 pounds since starting the Simple Diet 17 weeks ago! That makes just 5 more pounds to reach my initial weight loss goal!

Today's weigh-in shows a loss of 3.4 lbs! And a new pair of pants purchased two weeks ago, down 2 sizes from when I started The Simple Diet, are feeling loose! It's such a great feeling!

Yeah for the steady downward movement of the scale. Even better are the changes in your body that allow you to wear cloths that you could not before.

The scale going down each week is exciting! emoticon

I can't wait to be able to wear a blouse without gaping buttonholes, what a victory Deji emoticon

I'm down 2 1/2 lbs this week! YaY For a total of 12 1/4 since starting this program on Feb 8th, and 20 1/4 since Jan 6th. Slowly but surely scale is down every week. Had a NSV this weekend and wore a blouse I haven't been able to wear in years, no gaping buttonholes!! Awesome. Haven't been able to exercise as my knees are really hurting. My appt with ortho isn't until next Wed for shots in my knees, so just babying them until then.

What have you done today to make yourself feel proud?
