MrsVK,

Good for you running a marathon! I'd love to one day! I like your goals with getting it done before they shut it down and don't be last...lol I might not be able to go fast either but I WILL go far!

I know WE ALL CAN lose our significant amount of weight

BLKLILY that is so true I ran a marathon 3 years ago and my only goals were get it done before they shut it down and don't be last...lol My mantra was I can't go fast but I CAN go far! If we have a significant anount of weight to lose it's impossible to go fast but we WILL go far.
Cheers!

LETMRUN,

I know it can be easier said than done but stick with the SD. We're all in a marathon and some of us run slower than others, it's okay, just stay in the race! You are doing great, weight gone is weight lost!

That's great, BLKLILY!

As I've said before, I'm a slow loser and I struggle a bit on this diet. This is actually good news, as I normally won't start or stick to a diet and lose nothing! So this week -- currently down 9 lb in 10 weeks so far and very pleased with that.

I refused to weigh in this week due to my TOM. Today, I had no choice since I had a doctor's appointment. I tried to mentally prepare myself for the worse. But, I could not pull myself to embrace a possible weight gain.

In all, I have lost 4lbs. I am now 3 weeks into the SD and am moving forward. I did not exercise yesterday, just feeling like you know what with the TOM around. But, after seeing that 4lbs gone, I am going to try to motivate myself today to get moving!

I am looking forward to another 3 weeks :)

Thanks ladies for your continued support!

Running to the refrigerator is not considered exercise.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

Up 0.4 from 2 weeks ago -- just before I gained back 4 lb (oh yes, it can be done in a free-for-all weekend..). Happy to see 202 on the scale again, even with that .4 after it. Total lost in 8 weeks of the diet , 6.6 lb. I'll take it. :)
