It's easy to stay positive, for me, because I weigh myself everyday. I was down two pounds and I know that I didn't over eat by the 7500 calories that are required to gain 2 ponds of fat so my lack of weight change had to be due to other factors. Sure enough Monday morning I'm down 1 1/2 pounds and I didn't exercise that much...lol

Huntress: I haven't measured I probably should but it's really easy to see inch loss by the way my clothes fit.

MrsVk ~ you have a wonderful attitude.

Not sure if you have checked your measurements but it is possible that you are losing inches.

MRSVK11,
I like your attitude! I've been there before and although it can be a bit frustrating not to see any movement on the scale, know that it is only temporary. Good luck this week!

This week I'm down 3.4 pounds for a total of 16 and an average of 3 per week. I'm really happy about that. Unfortunately my modem has been down so I've had to use my phone which is somewhere between tedious and impossible...lol I can't wait for the techie to get here tomorrow I'm having spark people withdrawal!
