I didn't post my weigh in last week, because I was up. But I'm happy to report that today I'm at 248.4 for a 4 week total weight loss of 9 pounds.

Great job on the continued loss. Embrace every tenth of a pound. You are on a journey and while you may want to race a slow steady pace is a better more sustainable option.

Week 2 - I lost 0.4 pounds.

I followed the diet for 4/7 days. I'm back on track now and hope to see better numbers in the coming weeks.

This was my first week on the diet. I tracked everything and was on plan 5 of the 7 days.

I lost 5.8 pounds. I'm really happy with that number. I know a lot is probably water weight, but it's a great feeling to see the scale move.
